Terms and Conditions are as follows:
Welcome to Desert Safari Pro. By accessing our website or booking any of our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are subject to change at any time, and all updates will be posted on our website. Please review them regularly to stay informed.
1. Licensed Vehicles
All desert safari tours are conducted using fully licensed and insured vehicles such as Toyota Land Cruisers, Nissan Patrols, or equivalent 4×4 models. Each vehicle can accommodate up to seven guests, ensuring your comfort and safety throughout the journey.
2. Onboard Amenities
Our safari vehicles come equipped with air conditioning, seat belts, and other essential travel amenities to provide a secure and comfortable desert experience. Safety is our top priority.
3. Company Rights
Desert Safari Pro reserves the right to modify or cancel any tour due to unforeseen events such as adverse weather, government regulations, or emergency situations. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative, such as rescheduling or adjustment in itinerary.
4. Child Policy
Children aged 4 to 10 years are charged as per our child rate.
Children under 4 years can join free of charge, provided they do not occupy an individual seat.
5. Special Event Pricing
Special occasions such as New Year’s Eve, Christmas, or Eid may involve revised pricing or custom terms and conditions. All such information will be clearly stated on our website or communicated prior to booking.
6. Ramadan & Religious Holidays
During Ramadan and other Islamic public holidays, some entertainment activities may be restricted or altered in accordance with UAE laws and cultural norms. Please refer to our Desert Safari During Ramadan page for updated guidelines.
7. Vehicle Allocation
Based on the number of guests or specific tour requirements, Desert Safari Pro may allocate different vehicle types such as:
4×4 SUVs
Saloon cars
Luxury 4-seaters or 7-seaters
Mini buses or coaches
This ensures that all guests are transported comfortably and efficiently.
Cancellation Policy of Desert Safari
At Desert Safari Pro, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking:
Customer Cancellations
24+ Hours Before Tour: Receive a 100% refund of any advance payment.
12 Hours Before Tour: Eligible for an 80% refund.
6 Hours Before Tour: Eligible for a 50% refund.
Less Than 6 Hours: No refund will be provided.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to show up for your scheduled tour without prior notice, or if the cancellation is made less than 6 hours before the tour, no refund will be issued.
Missed Tour
If you miss your scheduled tour without informing us in advance, no refund will be granted.
Company Cancellations
In the unlikely event Desert Safari Pro must cancel a tour, you will be notified at least 24 hours in advance. A full refund will be issued for any payments made.
While we are not responsible for additional compensation, we may offer an option to reschedule your tour to another date based on availability.
Summer Sale Policy
- Voucher Purchase: To benefit from the sale, purchase your voucher before the specified date and redeem it by 15th September 2023.
- Holiday Redemptions: Vouchers can also be redeemed during holidays.
- Validity: Vouchers are valid until 15th September 2024.
- Purchase Limit: A maximum of six vouchers can be purchased per individual.
